1 oz Heavy Cream

80% dark chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Honey Jacked 

1 oz Applejack Liqueur

.5 oz lemon juice 

.5 oz honey syrup

1.5 oz Amber Mead

2 dashes apple bitters

Dried apple slice for garnish

Pink French

5 oz lemon juice

.5 oz pomegranate juice

2 drops rose water

.5 oz simple honey 

1 oz of gin

3 oz cava
