What is Custom Injection Molding?

It is the process used to produce parts and components by injecting molten material into a mold cavity. The molten material cools and hardens inside the cavity, forming the desired part or component. It is commonly used to make small parts with complex geometries. Injection molding can also be performed with a host of materials. Royer Corp’s most commonly used ones are GPPS (General Purpose Polystyrene), PP (Polypropylene), and HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene).
